"I have been playing golf for over 35 years. Over the years I have noticed a loss in flexibility and strength which resulted in a loss of club head speed, distance, as well as balance. I also noticed that after playing golf or hitting balls I began to experience pain and stiffness in my hips and lower back. I have always been physically active, lifting weights and running, but this didn't help. Approximately 3 years ago while watching the Golf Channel I came across Katherine Roberts talking about Yoga For Golfers and decided to give it a try. Using Katherine's techniques and focusing on golf specific muscles, I was able to gain flexibility and strength. As an unexpected bonus my balance improved with an overall sense of well being. Both yoga and golf are process driven activities that require you stay in the moment with the understanding that the long term results will be greater flexibility, physical strength, mental focus, and better results on the golf course. I am a golfer who uses yoga to improve my own performance. I understand the mental and physical challenges golfers face on the golf course. Let me show you the benefits of yoga on your golf game and life.." F.S. Fred Schuber has completed Katherine Roberts, Yoga For Golfers, teacher training program in Scottsdale, Arizona.
